Last night we had a blast at the St. Patrick's Day Parade, there were over 50 LakePoint'ers marching in the parade handing out 5000 bead's with cards inviting families to church. The mantra was "Afraid You Won't Fit In At Church? Give LakePointe A Try!" That ole Easter Bunny even got involved with outreach as he made a guest appearance and joined in the festivities. This weekend we will have one of our biggest outreach events the Easter Eggstravaganza! It will be this Saturday March 22nd from 2pm to 4pm. We are inviting the whole community to join us as we celebrate and we are also collecting canned goods for Jackson House to help feed the underprivileged. Come on out and join us! Remember this Sunday we will have 2 services, our regular 9:30am service and then an 11am service where we will have a "baptism bash" with an Easter Egg Hunt directly after service! We are going to have a blast celebrating the death and resurrection of Jesus and the new life we have through Him!

Man, thanks so much for the encouragement! We did have a blast!!! It's always great to get out in the community and just let people know that we are "real" and fun, and maybe a little crazy! Thanks again and we will keep it up! Look for us in the tub race next month!
